What Happens Before The Installation?
Before the day of the installation, one of our surveyors will arrange a time with you to check several things.
They’ll advise on the best way to install the boiler. If you’re happy with what they propose, you can then discuss your payment options and also a date and time for the engineer to install your new boiler, which we’ll confirm with you by email and phone.
What Happens During The Installation?
Before our engineer even starts work they’ll lay down dust sheets and carpet protectors to keep the mess to a minimum.
While the engineer is hard at work, you don’t need to be at the property. An average boiler installation may take around a day or two to complete, so be sure to check when you need to be back at your home so they can talk you through how your new boiler works.
What About After The Installation?
Our engineer will test your new boiler to check that its working as it should be, and they will also clean up the area where they’ve been working, making sure it’s as clean and tidy as it was before the installation began.
They’ll walk you through all the controls, showing you how to operate it, so you don’t have to worry about getting to grips with it all by yourself.
At a later time you’ll receive a call from our customer service team, who’ll ask you how it all went and whether you were satisfied with the engineer and their work.

In order to keep your manufacturer’s warranty valid you’ll need to have your boiler serviced each year. You can book an annual service with us to ensure you keep your warranty intact.
